1head of garlic (coarsely chopped)
1 bunchdill (most of stem removed, coarsely chopped)
1⁄4 cupred onion (coarsely chopped)
1 canartichoke hearts (drained)
Pulse the garlic in the food processor until minced. Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse so you don’t create mush. You can do this without the processor by mincing the ingredients. Add a dollop of this to brighten up soups and stews.
