Fresh Fig & Tomato Salad

Ingredients

2 cups
fresh figs
6
fresh Roma or plum tomatoes
1 clove
garlic (crushed)
 
sea salt and fresh ground pepper (to taste)
1⁄2 cup
golden balsamic vinegar
1⁄2 cup
olive oil
1 tablespoon
tamari (wheat free)
1 teaspoon
stevia powder to sweeten (optional)
1 tablespoon
red onion (very finely chopped)

Instructions

Slice the figs and tomatoes. Mix with crushed garlic, salt and pepper. Whisk together the last five ingredients and toss with the salad.
