2 clovesgarlic (minced)
2large juicy tomatoes (chopped)
2 cupschicken or vegetable broth
2 tablespoonsfresh basil (chopped)
Coat the bottom of a pan with olive oil. Add the garlic and stir and heat until lightly toasted. Add chopped tomatoes and broth. Simmer about 15 minutes. Add fresh basil and salt to taste, if permitted, and serve.
