Good Mood Turkey Stew

This puts you in a good mood because you know how to make your leftovers delicious!

Ingredients

2 tablespoons
oil of choice

onions (chopped)
2 pounds
ground turkey (or if using leftover cooked turkey, cut into cubes.)

carrots (sliced in coin size)
2 bunches
broccoli (chopped)
1
small head cabbage (chopped)
1
(15 oz) can black beans
3 cups
Prepared Broth (low or no sodium, is preferable)

Instructions

Heat oil in a large soup pot over medium heat. Brown the turkey. Add onions and saute until soft. Add remaining ingredients, reduce heat and simmer for 20 - 30 mins.

If using leftover turkey cubes, sauté the onions in oil and then mix in the turkey.  (Recipe♦448)
