coconut oil or olive oil 2
onions (chopped) 2 pounds
ground turkey (Or if using leftover cooked turkey, cut into cubes.) 1⁄2 pound
carrots (diced) 2 bunches
broccolini (chopped) 1
small head cabbage (or use half a large head, chopped) 1 can
black beans (15 oz) 1 cup
water (more as needed) 1 tablespoon

Instructions
Heat oil in a large soup pot over medium heat. Brown the turkey. Add onions and saute until soft. Add remaining ingredients, reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes. If using leftover turkey cubes, sauté the onions in oil and then mix in the turkey. (Recipe #448)
