Green Beans with Garlic Basil Flavor Balm

Ingredients

 
olive oil (or preferred fat to coat the soup pot bottom)
1 pound
green beans (cleaned and ends trimmed)
2
tomatoes (diced)
 
water
 
salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

Heat the olive oil and add greens beans. Toss and stir fry for 3 – 4 minutes. Add tomatoes, stir and heat another few minutes. Add a little water, 2 – 4 TBS, and steam until beans are tender. Serve the beans with a dollop of the Garlic Basil Flavor Balm, according to individual preferences for pizzazz.
