Green Soup

This easy soup restores energy and balances your electrolytes which helps the heart. You can eat this every day - almost like a supplement!

Ingredients

stalks celery, chopped
1
medium zucchini, diced
1 cup
String Beans, chopped
1
Handful Chopped Parsley
1 pinch
salt
1
pepper to taste
1 teaspoon
ghee

Instructions

In a medium pot, heat ghee and add all ingredients. Add enough water to cover.

Cook at medium-low heat, until the vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes.

Puree in a food processor, blender or use an immersion blender.

Eat as a side dish if there isn't enough liquid to call a soup.
