2 bunchesgreens (kale, collards, chard)
1⁄2 cancoconut milk (13.5 oz can)
Wash and cut the greens into thin ribbons. Heat coconut oil in a large pan on medium-high heat and flash fry the greens for one minute. Add salt, lime juice and coconut milk. Simmer for 2 minutes. The greens should be bright green. Serve warm.
