Homemade Ketchup

Ingredients

1 can
tomato paste (6 oz can)
1⁄2 cup
cooked, pureed carrots
1⁄4 cup
water
2 tablespoons
apple cider vinegar
2 cloves
garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon
brown sugar (or coconut sugar)
1⁄2 teaspoon
dry mustard
1⁄4 teaspoon
salt
1⁄4 teaspoon
ground allspice
1⁄4 teaspoon
chili powder

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and let simmer until reduced by half, about 15 minutes. Let cool. Refrigerate.
