This recipe is for a 2.5 liter glass jar; 2 liters = 0.52 gallon.
Serve over vegetable crudites, as a dip for appetizers, as a salad dressing, or over zucchini noodles and chopped veggies.
This is wonderful on all sorts of salad greens or steamed vegetables. It's also great as a glaze on roast chicken.
You can bottle up any leftovers and keep it in the refrigerator for up to one week or freeze.
